Technical-XP SP3 reboot issues on HP computer

It appears the problems with certain AMD based HP systems continues to be plagued with problems when the XP SP3 update is intalled. Fortunately thanks to the internet and the millions of forums out there, I was able to find a very simple fix thanks to Jesper's blog and the quick script fix. To note I was successful installing this AFTER XP SP3 had been installed by entering safe mode (with networking).
