Tomorrow's Show Biden flew up to Canada to excite its Parliament with his talk of “dignity,” no joke, and his economic recovery “from the ground up and the middle out.” It was fun to watch if you have not seen it as Trudeau was in the audience nodding his head like a seal. When you hear enough of these addresses by Biden you quickly notice that they are all the same with the same cliches and the constant comment of “I’m not joking” or “I’m serious” when people clap. This has been a source of befuddlement. Why, when people clap approval, does Biden say, “No, I’m serious?” Does he think that clapping is a form of mockery or disapproval or doubt? It has never made any sense, but he does it with consistency. He did it a lot in Canada. |
