Tomorrow's Show Trump is hitting the road this week and doing one speech per week at a different city to help prop up a Republican party that can not hold serve and will lose the 2026 midterms. This will have two effects. The first is that any forward progress by Trump will be stifled, Trump will be impeached once or twice out of spite, every Congressional committee will flip to Democrat control followed by harsh investigations resulting in Steve Bannon-type bogus imprisonments left and right. Kristi Noam may end up in jail, for example. And finally, the spending spigot will be reopened sending the country back towards bankruptcy. The only good news is that in 2028 these Democrat antics will create the usual backlash and result in Republicans getting everything back including the Presidency. The problem is the huge amount of damage that can result from Democrat control of anything for even a moment. Maybe the Republicans like this cycle.
