Windows Defender disable is reset after latest Windows Updates

It appears the Windows Defender defeat tweak that I posted last month is reset with the most recent Windows Update build. My guess is because this most recent update is pretty much a complete rebuild of the Windows 10 Operating System.   Although it only takes a few seconds to fix once again, so far it seems to only be required if you used the registry tweak (for Windows Home systems).  The group policy edit which is available for Windows 10 Pro systems doesn't seem to be affected.

[Update]

I was wrong. The group policy edit in Windows 10 Pro needs to be activated again after this last build so it appears it is essentially like reinstalling windows or performing a 'refresh' as all of the settings are set back to default... go figure Microsoft would do something like this!
