It was done in Virginia rather than DC. This indictment was only possible there because Comey did not lie in front of Congress in DC, but on a zoom call from his home in Virginia. Yikes.. This trick will be discussed on the show. The DC Grand Juries are filled with Democrats who have refused to indict any Democratic political figure. You can be sure the administration is figuring a way to indict John Brennan next. Meanwhile, nobody is backing off the rhetoric concerning ICE agents doing their jobs with riots all over the place.
