The following article found at ZD Net tells all. For my existing clients, this should be a wake up call to checking the antivirus "live update" as well as running a full virus scan. Yes, even though the automatic scheduling of your antivirus may still be working, you should have at least seen the results of the scan, if not, I suggest running a full virus scan, only AFTER you have made sure you are up to date. If you are prompted to restart your computer, then do so and be sure to run another LIVE UPDATE until you see that you are completely up to date.
