Apparently there is quite the intrigue behind the making of the new Oliver Stone film,Snowden. This excellent article in the Hollywood Reporter includes the unreported, until now, tidbit that his stripper girlfriend who he lived with in Hawaii has moved in with him in Moscow.
The movie is apparently a sympathetic portrayal which will contrast with all the political candidates who have no sympathy for Snowden. The only exception is the obscure Green Party candidate, Jill Stein. Everyone else wants him arrested. More than one elected official has advocated his assassination. |

Maybe the movie will explain why he normally wears those broken glasses when he actually looks like the pic shown above.
