The story played up by some media is that one of his dumber attorneys called the judge's office pretending to be the prosecutor. Not sure if she put a hanky over the phone or used a voice altering device or what. The idea was to keep the judge from looking at some paperwork that was sent over indicating that “new evidence has come to light.” If you can find anything about this, it's quite comedic. How it began Impeachment vs 25th Amendment Now that Kevin McCarthy has mentioned the word “impeachment” all hell is about to break loose. Once the word was mentioned, Rep. Jaime Raskin (who seems oddly involved on many levels) came out saying that this was nothing more than racking up points because Trump got impeached. Every day something new comes along and it is becoming apparent that this will continue until Joe Biden quits office or is sent on his way using the 25th amendment. It should be noted regarding the 25th Amendment that section 4 allows for removal of a President who cannot function as President for whatever reason. Section 4: "Whenever the Vice President and a majority of either the principal officers of the executive departments or of such other body as Congress may by law provide, transmit to the President pro tempore of the Senate and the Speaker of the House of Representatives their written declaration that the President is unable to discharge the powers and duties of his office, the Vice President shall immediately assume the powers and duties of the office as Acting President.  Thereafter, when the President transmits to the President pro tempore of the Senate and the Speaker of the House of Representatives his written declaration that no inability exists, he shall resume the powers and duties of his office unless the Vice President and a majority of either the principal officers of the executive department or of such other body as Congress may by law provide, transmit within four days to the President pro tempore of the Senate and the Speaker of the House of Representatives their written declaration that the President is unable to discharge the powers and duties of his office. Thereupon Congress shall decide the issue, assembling within forty-eight hours for that purpose if not in session. If the Congress, within twenty-one days after receipt of the latter written declaration, or, if Congress is not in session, within twenty-one days after Congress is required to assemble, determines by two-thirds vote of both Houses that the President is unable to discharge the powers and duties of his office, the Vice President shall continue to discharge the same as Acting President; otherwise, the President shall resume the powers and duties of his office." Note the provision for the possibility that Biden will be told to resign and would refuse to. The Congress had to boot him out. The reason that this is brought up is because it is the VP along with the Cabinet that will initiate all this. Note that just recently William Burns, the director of the C.I.A. Has been invited into the Cabinet for some unknown reason. This is very weird and indicates something is up. This will be discussed on the show.
