Tomorrow's Show Some superclips are being passed around showing the lockstep Democrats with the exact same talking points regarding Trump. It's gone from his being Hitler, to his being a “threat to Democracy,” to his actions creating a Constitutional crises (an old bromide recently traced back on the show to 2017). The latest is is the chaos meme alongside people regretting their vote for Trump. And, it seems that the party is doubling down on it's unpopular agenda only because Trump has expressed displeasure with that same agenda. And because of that the Democrats, as contrarians to Trump, have to take the opposite side of whatever he is promoting. This has become ludicrous as the top three items includes deportation of criminal aliens, ferreting out government waste and fraud and not allowing genetic boys to play in girls sports. Just because Trump supports these issues, the Democrats have to oppose these same issues. Thus they support the illegals, support government waste and abuse and support boys in the girls locker room. It's madness and only a few Democrats realize they are being played. It's like a Catch-22 for them. There is no sense that any of these unpopular positions will be abandoned anytime soon. This would not bode well for their chances in the midterms. It's fun to watch and there is no Bill Clinton on the horizon to bail out the party. At least not yet.
