No Agenda-The Saturday Memo

The Show is healthier with sustaining donations known as subscriptions. Here are a few to choose from.
The favorite is the lucky $33.33 a month.
It has superseded the once popular $11.11 month. More lucky numbers click here.

For 2018 we have the $20.18 subscription. Click here.
Most recently the show offered the $4 a week or 75-cents an hour subscription which has become very popular. Click here for that.
There is also the $50 a month Knighthood layaway for 20 months. Click here for that.
And, of course, there is the do-it yourself open donation which is always welcome.
Dear Producer,
This is my birthday week and you can still use the two special donations to celebrate. First there is the 45.18 birthdate contribution here and $66 donation herewhere your name gets read.  And open donations are also encouraged,  Click here. Support the show!
The Year of the Feuds
2018 may become the year of the feuds as they seem to be cropping up everywhere. Everyone seems to be eager to get into a beef with someone or other. This might be attributable to the Trump legacy where feuds began to break out over his technique of giving people derisive nicknames. “Low-energy Bush” and “Little Marco” targeted his main opponents. “Crooked Hillary” was used to target his eventual election opponent.

Hillary was so distracted that her entire campaign was dedicated to slamming Trump in one way or another. This particular feud has never ended while Bush just got out of the way and Rubio hit back with the “small hands” material and made his point.
On Facebook and Twitter this societal feud continues with what No Agenda has defined as dimension A and dimension B thinking where much of the population has taken refuge to gang up on the other side when possible. The irony, to me at least, is that dimension B stems from classic politically correct liberalism that has taken a very illiberal creepy turn. Name calling, and stereotyping are rampant. Free speech is often shouted down and a general hatred towards the government has emerged.

This is all part of hating Trump to an extreme. As you know I personally find the hate-filled tweets of Rob Reiner the epitome of this insanity. He apparently does not realize that he is reflecting a Trump feud motif. He has become Trump!
The feud era is propagated by the mainstream media, especially the news networks and the major newspapers and their staffs. As you know, your No Agenda Show does the best job of neutralizing all this so none of us end up stewing in our own juices and wasting time shaking our fists needlessly. There seems to be nothing out there to restrain the insanity that has taken over the corporate media. Only CBS News seems to have pulled back a little.
And what is baffling is that none of this is in the best interests of these giant corporations who own the news outlets. In the background you find companies that often need government support and partnerships to stay in business. Yet this continues and thus can only be attributable to the overall mostly irrational feud era. ---jcd

Only No Agenda does the deconstruction and analysis of the news in such a way that it makes sense and does not draw you into these harmful dimensions of hate. This has to be worth something to you. Please contribute what the show is worth to you by clicking here.
