No Agenda Thursday Show
Fireworks Between the USA and Canada. Dueling Holidays.
Dear Producer,
Today is Canada day! The No Agenda revisit of the war of 1812 seems to have gotten some attention with the winner of the 2015 version t o be determined by support for the No Agenda Show. A good cause. To reiterate from the last show the donations reflect the dates of Canada Day (71.15) and the 4th of July (74.15). This contest will continue until the 12th of July. So far Canada is winning easily, just like the original battle in 1812.

The British in Canada were full of themselves as evidenced by their cartoons. They burned down "the city of Washington," now known as Washington, DC. The bad feelings after this war between the USA and England continued right up to WWI when banking interests brought the two countries back together again. Canadians, to this day, like to jokingly lord it over the Americans regarding this war. Most modern Americans have no idea there was a war despite the fact that the National Anthem originated out of this war. |

Here is the pic of a massive cow known as the tallest cow in the world which died just recently. Photoshopped? Everyone says no, it is that big. |

Adam will be in Rotterdam tomorrow with some immediate commentary regarding the trip itself as well as observing what the locals are thinking about. The show gets a lot of direct input from the producers all over the world, but often a visit provides unique insight. Only No Agenda does this for you. Make sure to listen tomorrow. |
