Save your subscriptions by utilizing the appropriate Tech Services

Cloud computing is nothing new. Security issues are also nothing new. Internet speeds are continuously getting faster and more data is being transferred from one device to the next.  Although Google has already announced their retirement from the 'free services' they once offered for unlimited data storage for your photos to what will essentially end up as the user getting out their wallet and fessing up to the minimum plan, which at present in Canada, stands at $2.79 per month, or just under $30 per year.

But what does this new evolution of Google recently announced, from this article at The Register along with their increased password management within the browser mean for the security market?  Is this not a direct stab in the heart of Dashlane, Lastpass and others?  Of  course it is nothing more than competition. All-be-it this is being implemented within their own browser, so it might sound like a good thing.

DON'T BE FOOLED.

Google's own built in password manager is increasing the security automatically. It is YOUR COMPUTER that needs to be protected and that isn't by simply shelling out for Norton System Works or whatever they call it these days.  McAfee tools are also not the solution. Yes, sure, it might help, but it will also scare the hell out of you at times as it reports crap incorrectly. In most cases it overlooks many issues as one can easily learn by simply removing this software and running some rudimentary malware scans using other free tools on the internet.

Because Google's free services are ending in one area, and the continued and always questionable security issues vendors make within their software. As well as the  user interface, one should be able to trust their browser to make the correct settings by default however that is not always the case. This is another reason why the little things can matter and just like having a weekly/monthly, or when you require it "house cleaning". Or if you own a pool or garden that you have someone looking after the maintenance for, why should your computer be any different?   Getting the responses that will provide you with your own ability to make the correct decision that is based on your needs is the most important thing. I think like you think because you tell me what it is you require "technically".

Get to know me and leave the machine learning to me!

It is therefore CRITICAL for all users of the internet to have someone human to be able to turn to when it comes to STAYING CONNECTED SAFELY.  At the same time, having the ability to have a quick tutorial or complete one on one training at the comfort and schedule you choose.

If you are reading this and are not already a client of mine then what are you waiting for?  Stop buying everything online that makes you feel comfortable that your computer is safe. Get a true human to confirm this and keep yourself protected from those spammers that will email you, post malicious ads through search engine results and facebook advertisements. They will even PHONE you telling you that they are from Microsoft and that your computer is infected. Hang up on them! Contact me!

When you contact me, you can also install the small file that will allow me to help you further. It will allow me to diagnose your computer while I speak to you in person and we can follow up by a true remote experience, should you agree to this. My initial consultation costs you nothing. If you are an existing client of mine then do your own diligence by passing this along to your friends and family. My reciprocity provides any existing client with a free hour of my time and you can add as many referrals as you want.  I have a number of clients that get their own computers completely paid for through this reciprocity and so can you.  Value for value is what I am all about!
