It looks as if the Trump organization is ‘flooding the zone” with solicitation emails, many of which are borderline insulting. First of all, they do not seem to have any writers who can write these emails sounding in the least like Trump. This is a serious copywriting flaw for notes supposedly from Trump. The style of Trump lends itself to strong sales pitches. Yet example after example deliver the lame same old tired and canned nonsense. Too bad. All that’s missing is the phrase “chip in” commonly used by the Democrats in their lame mailings. Eye of the Beholder For a kick you may want to read the beloved Kara Swisher column/rant about Dave Chappelle and his comedy special which oddly transitions into something about global warming. Swisher, who has become more and more humorless, thinks the last Chappelle Netflix special named ”Closer” was “unfunny.” The clip below summarizes the whole column. She uses the virtue-coded term, commonly used by liberals with an agenda, ”lashes out,” which he never does.
